PRIMA Recruitment & Consultancy is proud to have been recognised as a Regional Finalist in the Outstanding New Business category at the 2026 Sydney Business Awards.
The awards evening, held at Sydney Town Hall, brought together businesses and leaders from across NSW to celebrate entrepreneurship, innovation, resilience and business achievement.
For PRIMA, this recognition is particularly meaningful. Founded in November 2025, PRIMA is a 100% Australian and women-owned recruitment, labour hire and workforce advisory business. Being selected as a finalist less than one year after the company was established represents an important milestone in our journey.
While PRIMA did not take home the award, being recognised alongside such an impressive group of businesses was an achievement worth celebrating. It reflects the strong foundations we are building through ethical recruitment, responsive service, inclusive employment pathways and genuine relationships with clients and candidates.
